I´m Miguel, I´m from Logroño, a city in the north of Spain. I will be a EVS volunteer for one year at Elsas Hus in Linköping. I like a lot of things but mainly punk, hiking, mountain bike, graphic art and also skateboarding but my ankles are messed up so no more skate for me :( . I Hope I will be able to stand the cold swedish weather. I´m doing my best with swedish language but it is tricky for me. EVS is a very good opportunity to travel to meet new people to learn a lot of new interesting things. I´m really ejoying this experience.
Hej! I'm from Berlin, Germany and 19 years old. I'm doing EVS for one year from September 2012 on at Elsas Hus here in Linköping, Sweden. I have been interested in Scandinavian countries for some years and so I decided to do EVS after school because I'm always curious about different cultures and really like to travel.
I chose Sweden as my host country because I like nature and Sweden seems to be a friendly country to me. I expect from EVS to develop my personality, to meet a lot of new people and to get to know Sweden not only as a tourist but more detailed. I also like the Swedish language and I think the best way to learn a language is to go to the country where it is spoken.

I'm Nadja, a 22 years old girl from Sweden. I'm crative, positive with a big pasion for humanitary work. I got to know about EVS and decided to talk a bit with the volunteers at Elsas hus. And here I am, volunteering in Croatia. I'm in a town called Osijek, it is the Slavonian part of Croatia, it's close to Serbian, Hungarian and Bosnian border, and it's just beautifull, full of culture and history! I'm doing a lot of different projects over here. Mostly I'm working with kids, in kindergarten, teaching them english, having workshops, painting childrenshospital, working in a youth club. I got a project with creative writing for kids with comunication disabillities and exhibitions about differences etc. I live in a house full of volunteers from across all of europe. I just love it! My sending organization and Anja have been great and suportive in all ways, I feel secure having them as sending organization! I've been in Croatia as an EVS volunteer now for almost ten months, and I will be here for a year. Exept for all the work I done, all the places I visited and all the people I met I really developed as a person during this EVS experience and I would recomend anybody that has the possebillity to just go for it! A great experience in every possible way!:)
